LHH is helping a Dallas law firm that is seeking an Interim Partner Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the firm's growth and success through strategic client engagement and legal expertise.

Benefits

  • Hourly pay ranges from $100 - $200 DOE
  • Benefits package with Medical, Dental, Life, Short and Long Term Disability available after working certain amount of hours

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and cases.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation.
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies.
  • Mentor and support junior attorneys and staff.
  • Participate in business development initiatives.

    • Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in Texas.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a law firm setting.

    • Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record in client management and business development.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a specific area of law (e.g., corporate, litigation, family law).
  • Leadership experience within a law firm.
  • Fluency in a second language is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Legal Software and MS Office
