Summary

In this role, you will provide strategic leadership in executing the Impact Standardization Program, Vizient's managed rebate program. You will manage a broad set of critical functions with the business to assist with growing the rebate program. You will partner and collaborate across the enterprise with business stakeholders on rebate strategy solutions and contract growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the member support team and manage relationships with field team business stakeholders to develop and support the growth of the rebate program.
• Collaborate with members and internal field to develop conversion opportunities through value analysis to support program growth and increase member compliance.
• Identify opportunities to grow program rebates and revenue through data analysis and collaboration with suppliers and field teams.
• Lead the rebate program sales and marketing efforts to drive rebate growth; collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to execute.
• Lead the team of Program Services Managers through quarterly activities, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
• Provide direction and guidance to the Program Services Managers team to ensure continuous process improvement.
• Manage programs, processes, and procedures to accomplish objectives, with supervision.
• Provide training to internal and external stakeholders on program components.

Qualifications

Estimated Hiring Range : At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00. This position is also incentive eligible.
