Sales Support Specialist

As a key member of the Boston Dynamics Revenue Operations (RevOps) team, the Sales Support Specialist is a strategic and valued partner to the sales executives building and executing the company's growth strategy. This role serves as the bridge between sales and its downstream partners, ensuring a smooth customer journey and seamless handoff of information between teams.

Now, we are quickly becoming a recognized leader in automation solutions for industrial applications, logistics, and warehouses.

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Quote & Order Management : Drive the optimization of lead-to-cash processes by preparing accurate quotations, processing sales orders, and refining order requirements to standardize documentation across all sales teams.
  • Data Integrity Management : Uphold and maintain data integrity standards across all GTM tools, including our CRM. Your meticulous attention to detail is critical to building scalable, repeatable processes.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership : Act as a strategic partner and liaison between Sales, Legal, Fulfillment, and Finance. You'll build strong relationships and alliances to navigate the organization with greater ease and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customer inquiries, responding with kindness and a focus on creating solutions in line with team standards.

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a support or operations role, preferably in a revenue operations or related function.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other GTM technologies.
  • Curiosity and Communication : A strong desire to learn by asking good questions and listening actively, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactivity and Accountability : A proactive mindset to anticipate future problems and seek opportunities to make things better, combined with a willingness to accept responsibility for your actions.
  • Kindness and Collaboration : A focus on building strong relationships and assuming positive intent, with a desire to pull others upwards.
  • Grit and Determination : The courage and determination to see a project through despite difficulty, and the willingness to ask for help when needed.
