A company is looking for a Senior Customer Experience Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end resolution of complex BI / Looker issues for customers, including LookML modeling and dashboard optimization
Act as a subject matter expert in Looker and BI engineering, advising customers on scalable data models and best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data science teams to ensure customer feedback informs product evolution
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in a BI Engineer, Looker Developer / Admin, or Customer Engineering role
Proficiency in Looker (LookML, dashboard design) and a strong grasp of BI principles
Strong SQL skills with experience in data modeling and ETL design
Experience troubleshooting across the data stack, including ETL pipelines and data transformations
Comfortable leading customer calls and training sessions in a consultative manner
