This team drives initiatives that improve affordability, patient outcomes, and engagement by rethinking how healthcare is delivered and financed. The role offers exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects that influence the organization’s future direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support enterprise-level strategy initiatives, from project management to implementation support.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to design strategies aligned with long-term goals.
• Conduct analysis, deliver insights, and provide recommendations to solve complex organizational challenges.
• Identify linkages and dependencies between strategic initiatives to ensure coordinated execution.
• Contribute to the creation of tools, processes, and analytics that enhance strategic outcomes.
• Participate in the development of business unit strategies that connect to the broader enterprise vision.
