A nationally recognized healthcare organization is seeking a Healthcare Strategy Partner to join its enterprise transformation and strategy office. This team drives initiatives that improve affordability, patient outcomes, and engagement by rethinking how healthcare is delivered and financed. The role offers exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects that influence the organization’s future direction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support enterprise-level strategy initiatives, from project management to implementation support.
- Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to design strategies aligned with long-term goals.
- Conduct analysis, deliver insights, and provide recommendations to solve complex organizational challenges.
- Identify linkages and dependencies between strategic initiatives to ensure coordinated execution.
- Contribute to the creation of tools, processes, and analytics that enhance strategic outcomes.
- Participate in the development of business unit strategies that connect to the broader enterprise vision.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.Minimum 5 years in strategy, planning, transformation, or corporate development (or 3 years with a healthcare background).At least 2 years of consulting experience, either internal or external.Prior experience in healthcare, payer systems, or hospital settings is strongly preferred.Proven success managing projects, driving results under ambiguity, and working on cross-functional teams.Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and influencing skills.Schedule & Work Environment
Hybrid role with a required in-office presence in Pittsburgh, PA 3-4 days a week.Professional office environment focused on collaboration and strategic planning.Travel may be required up to 25% to meet business needs.Compensation
Annual salary range : $95,000 – $165,000, based on experience and qualifications. Equivalent hourly range : $46.00 – $79.00Interview Process
