We are looking for a polished, refined, and professional Lead Housekeeper for a fully staffed residence in Beverly Hills. This is a family of four in an 11k sq. ft. residence with a manager and two additional housekeepers (and two adorable & sweet dogs). Our client is looking for a strong lead with excellent cleaning abilities and a service-oriented mindset for guests, hosting, dinner service, parties, and events.

The schedule will be Mon - Fri 12 PM - 8 PM, flexibility needed for occasional weekend work. You will share some full charge housekeeping duties with the current housekeepers, but we are looking for someone to handle fine detail cleaning. We are looking for an individual with experience maintaining antiques, delicate upholsteries, etc. You will also be responsible for answering phones, intercoms, greeting guests. In charge of master closet. Assisting chef with lunch and dinner service. Other responsibilities include silver polishing, ironing clothes & bedding.

Salary will be dependent upon experience and commensurate with previous experience. Our client offers a monthly stipend towards health insurance, sick days, and vacation time. You may be asked to work some holidays in advance. Additionally, our client maintains a summer house in Malibu that you may be asked to attend to.
