The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent NICU experience and be skilled in managing high-acuity neonatal patients. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, supporting respiratory needs, and working closely with neonatologists and the care team to deliver comprehensive, family-centered care. This role requires strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to both infants and their families. Requirements : Active RN license in good standing BLS and NRP certifications (required) Minimum of 2 years of recent NICU experience Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
