Those in mergers and acquisition tax at PwC will focus on providing tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Your work will involve analysing the tax implications of such transactions, developing tax structures, and assisting clients in navigating complex tax regulations to optimise tax outcomes.

As a Manager you are going to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting - 4 years of experience - A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study can be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting - CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

What Sets You Apart - Juris Doctorate preferred - Broad knowledge in partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions - Proficiency in partnership taxation and qualitative and quantitative analysis - Proficiency in U.S. federal income tax law related to partnerships - Advanced technical writing and reviewing skills - Ability to develop and sustain meaningful client relationships - Experience in defining resource requirements and project workflow - Proven leadership in establishing direction and motivating team members - Familiarity with CRM systems
