We're growing quickly and we’re looking for a Software Engineering Manager to help establish and lead a team-centered around the mission of providing a best-in-class experience for our customers. You'll play a hands-on role in shaping both the technical direction and the growth of your team while contributing to the continued innovation of our product.

What you’ll do as a Software Engineering Manager

Lead a team of engineers to deliver business-critical features.

Influence the product roadmap in collaboration with product owners and other stakeholders while building strong lines of communication.

Challenge engineers to build testable, resilient, highly available, scalable, and innovative systems with proper monitoring in place.

Mentor and support the members of your team grow through career management and feedback.

Establish a safe environment with a transparent and collaborative team culture.

Implement and maintain software alongside your team members to enhance the product offering and create a premier player experience.

What you’ll bring

At least 2 years experience managing a team of engineers and working with stakeholders and contributing to product definition.

Ability to build high-quality robust systems with an emphasis on client-facing applications.

5+ years of working experience with API development in a microservice architecture.

Strong understanding and experience with C# / .NET.

Experienced in cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes.

Understanding of large scale, distributed systems.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 160,700.00 USD - 200,900.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
