Recruitment Manager
Supports the recruitment of doctors and APPs by managing candidate communication, scheduling interviews and site visits, maintaining recruitment databases, coordinating logistics like travel and housing, and assisting with the onboarding and credentialing processes. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, tracking recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and assisting with recruitment marketing and events.
Essential Job Functions :
- Database Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
- Working with HR in maintaining up to date job postings in Workday as well as manage candidates that apply through that platform.
- Help recruiters with job postings as well as maintaining current postings with updates as needed.
- Coordinates scheduling for site visits / recruiting events.
- Provide assistance with processing sign on, relocation and loan assistance requests and put appropriate documentation in ATS.
- Conduct background screenings on all Physician, APP and 1099 applicants as well as coordinate initial drug screens (when appropriate) and put all supporting documents in ATS.
- Oversee the initial stages of the onboarding process for new physicians and APPs, including assisting with WTMG onboarding requirements and working with WTH HR to help with onboarding when appropriate.
- Assist with developing recruitment marketing materials, managing / paying invoices for recruitment services, and ensuring compliance requirements and laws are met.
- Reporting and Metrics : Track recruitment metrics and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and resources used.
- Coordinating and assisting with any Physician or APP relocation and invoicing. Keep records and track all recruiting activities through recruiting software.
- Create, design and implement direct mail pieces / internet advertisement / journal and newspaper ads and other media including Internet advertising.
- Prepare physician specific information packets that will help in recruiting Physicians or APPs to area and deliver to hotel as needed.
- Create, organize, and implement trade show exhibits and attend trade shows throughout the United States as needed.
- Sending opportunity flyers to residency programs.
- Help maintain the Physician and APP Recruiting budget, expenses, invoices.
- Keep Director of Provider Development informed on possible problem areas thus taking care of situations before they become major problems.
- Present problematic areas and recommend best possible solutions / alternatives.
- Contribute to a positive work climate and the overall team effort of the department and hospital, perform any related responsibility as required or directed, and greet guests in a courteous and professional manner.

Job Specifications :
