We are looking for caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The LPNs direct resident care; collaborates with physicians, residents and multi-disciplinary team members; provides physical and psychological support to residents, families and team members.

Shift : Full Time 6p-6a and 6p-6 : 30a, Part Time 6p-2 : 30a and PRN
Starting from $24.00 (Based on experience) and $3.00 2nd and 3rd shift differentials

Responsibilities
Communicating a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for eldersRecognizing the autonomy and dignity of all eldersUnderstanding how to place decision-making in the hands of eldersFocusing on providing high-quality service and careConduct and document a thorough assessment of assigned Independent Living residents' medical conditions and treatments.Provide required care per the Wellness assignment sheetsProcess and complete required lab ordersAdheres to facility policies and procedures and participates in facility quality improvement and safety programsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications
Education : Graduate of approved nursing programLicensure / Certification : Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPRExperience : At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desiredBENEFITS
