Networking Professional (DNS, DHCP and IPAM (DDI) – Technical Account Lead Location Work from Home Opportunity Summary PCN is seeking a Networking Professional specializing in DNS, DHCP and IPAM (DDI). Ideal candidate will have experience supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, upgrading / patching, and delivering day-to-day operational changes-as well as project-based work for DDI infrastructure deployed globally on one or more of the leading DDI OEM platforms (BlueCat, Infoblox, or VitalQIP) . The Networking Professional will support the Incident Management process by providing technical expertise during DDI related incidents as well as technical issues affecting technology eco-system partners. Responsibilities Configure & troubleshoot of DNS & DHCP services. Monitor ticket queues and implement of Business as Usual (BaU) customer requests. Test and Implement upgrades and patches for DDI infrastructure. Provide technical information and leadership in support of managed services customers. Document support activities in service management platform. Develop and maintain account specific documentation. Provide account and platform specific training to team members. Monitor incident alerts; notify, investigate and troubleshoot issues. Lead and / or engage in service restoration and root cause analysis Activities as required. Identify opportunities for internal process enhancement. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities for automating repetitive tasks. Work closely and effectively with customers, partners, vendors, and fellow team members to provide exceptional customer service. Support team as account specific SME for escalations, including out of hours. Interact with vendors to identify and resolve product defects and issues. Document support activities in service management platform. Requirements (5) Five+ years network and DDI experience Experience with Active Directory Experience with Linux based OS Excellent communication skills – written and verbal Cisco CCNA or CCNP Certification a plus Ability to work with both current and future clients Experience with ISC BIND & DHCP Experience with MS DNS & DHCP Major DDI OEM technical certification Experience with Perl and Shell scripting a plus Experience with ticketing systems and workflows This position requires a successful drug screen and background check.
