Locum Physician (MD / DO) - Family Practice in Minnesota

We are seeking a Family Physician for a 30-day locum tenens assignment in Minnesota, beginning on Jan 5, 2026. This role primarily involves clinic duties from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with additional nursing home rounding integrated into the clinic schedule. The ideal candidate will be BC / BE in Family Medicine, proficient with Epic EMR, and ready to handle a patient load of 12-15 daily. Job Details Location : Minnesota Start Date : Jan 5, 2026 LOA : 30 days Provider Type Needed : Family Physician Schedule : Clinic : Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm; Call on weekends : Friday 5pm - Monday 8am Responsibilities and Duties Provide comprehensive care in a clinic setting, seeing 12-15 patients per day. Schedule includes daily shifts from 8am to 5pm with integrated nursing home rounds. Utilize voice-to-text capabilities for efficient documentation. Manage patient care including visits, assessments, and treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Additional Information Must be board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine. Valid Minnesota medical license required. Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
