Order Entry Coordinator
Hours : 7am-3 : 30pm Mon-Fri
Hourly Pay : $18 / hr
Location : Morris County, NJ
Position Summary : Prepares and verifies that customer orders are complete and accurate prior to releasing to order picking department for fulfillment.
Essential Functions :
- Verifies integrity of customer orders by auditing and verifying correct store numbers and store counts against the original and / or revised purchase order.
- Assists in filing all pick slips ready to be processed by the order fulfillment department.
- Verifies all customer orders on credit hold with NY sales / customer service team. Removes orders from order fulfillment files so orders are not processed until they can be released from credit hold.
- Prepares reports necessary to analyze and modify unit totals for certain customer orders.
- Maintains daily log, by purchase order number, season and date.
- Communicate with order entry auditing team regarding when customer orders are initially entered into system and audited and are ready to be prepared for order fulfillment.
- Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and / or Human Resources.
- Performs other clerical duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications :
Microsoft Office Suite Experience required.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral fashion.Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, etc.Education : High School Graduate
Experience Required : Six months to one year of related experience.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $18.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
