FINRA Licensed Financial Consultant

A company is looking for a Financial Consultant to join their Retirement Plan Advisory Team (RPAT) remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Provide over-the-phone guidance to customers regarding their employer-sponsored retirement accounts during key life moments

Discuss and align available account options, such as 401K and IRAs, with customers' retirement savings goals

Educate customers about their retirement plans and deepen their relationship with the company

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience

Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably inside sales

Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7, 63 & 65 (or 66) registrations

Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and independently

Demonstrated sales and customer service skills
