Your Daily Adventure :
- Embark on journeys to client locations for installations, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of their sophisticated machine tool equipment and controls.
- Leverage extensive resources like manuals, technical documentation, and collaboration with both internal and vendor teams to identify and resolve machine challenges.
- Ensure meticulous documentation regarding the status of installations, repairs, and issues, relaying this information to both office and clients.
- Champion and implement preventive maintenance, providing post-sale training and technical support to clients.
- Develop and retain an advanced understanding of the machine tool industry and the company's diverse product offerings.

Are You the Right Fit?
Possess a strong foundation with five years in CNC machinery repairs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other essential business software.Strong ability to interpret and apply complex drawings and schematics.Exceptional technical acumen, with superior communication and presentation skill sets.Willingness to meet physical demands including extensive travel throughout the regional domain.What We Offer :
