Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated Spanish-speaking Pre-Litigation Case Manager with experience in personal injury law. The ideal candidate will handle a heavy caseload from intake through settlement, communicate with clients in both English and Spanish, and coordinate all aspects of case management with attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing consistent updates and support in both English and Spanish.
Gather, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other documentation.
Draft correspondence, demand letters, and settlement packages.
Communicate with medical providers, adjusters, and opposing parties.
Maintain accurate case files and track deadlines.
Assist attorneys with case preparation and negotiation support.

Qualifications :

Bilingual (Spanish & English) – written and verbal communication skills required.

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a case manager in a personal injury law firm.

Strong knowledge of personal injury pre-litigation process.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle a high-volume caseload.

Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
