BILINGUAL CALL CENTER - WFH ONLY IN THE USA

Location : Remote in the USA.

Shift :

Availability to work between 8am – 8pm EST.

Pay Rate : $18 - $20.50 / hour

What you will be doing :

• Processing routine and complex inquiries to provide high quality service to internal and external customers
• Handling inquiries involving group life, disability and absence including claims, medical underwriting, and continuation of coverage
• Handling first notices of loss for group life, disability and absence claims via telephone and non-phone channels of work
