Litigation Attorney (small law firm) :

  • Location Boca Raton, FL.
  • Not a remote position.
  • Compensation - Base Salary will depend on experience.

Litigation Attorney Qualifications :

  • Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.
  • Must have 2 to 3 years plus of experience in litigation.
  • Will handle corporate / transactional law.
  • Must have drafting pleadings, handle business trnasactions, etc.
  • Must be organized, with a clear and concise communication style.
  • Must be a self-starter but wanting to learn.

    • Litigation Attorney Duties :

  • Preparing legal documents.
  • Handle court events.
  • Communicating with the clients so they understand the posture of their case (teleconferences, meetings, and correspondence).
  • Meet with the partners so that you can understand what is being done to move the cases forward.
