We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Saint Charles, Missouri. This role focuses on analyzing complex business processes and proposing actionable solutions to align organizational operations with strategic goals. As a Contract-to-permanent position, this opportunity offers the potential for long-term growth and collaboration with diverse business units to drive IT initiatives and process improvements.

Responsibilities :

• Partner with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Analyze current business operations, recommend improvements, and align processes with organizational objectives.
• Develop and maintain process maps to support software implementation and training efforts.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project documentation and milestones.
• Conduct data analysis and present findings through reports, charts, and presentations to guide decision-making.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing by creating comprehensive test plans and serving as the IT lead for the process.
• Evaluate vendor solutions and provide recommendations for technology enhancements or alternative implementations.
• Coordinate change management activities, including training and stakeholder communication, to ensure smooth project transitions.
• Monitor market trends and external data to identify opportunities for organizational improvement.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective prioritization and resource allocation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency with tools such as Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum environments and conducting gap analyses.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
