Job Summary

We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative environment. You’ll lead digital campaigns, design branded content, and support property marketing initiatives with high-impact visuals and messaging. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on creative execution.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, email)
Design branded content for Instagram, LinkedIn, flyers, and client presentations
Translate technical IT solutions into engaging visuals and messaging
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs
Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and vendor relationships
Support property marketing with multi-image layouts, seasonal promotions, and call-to-action overlays

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech or professional services

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager

Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and pivot between technical and creative deliverables

Familiarity with compliance-driven industries is a plus

Preferred Skills

SEO / SEM and paid media strategy

Graphic design or video editing

Experience with MSP, cybersecurity, or infrastructure services
