Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Assisted Living | Kingston Residence of Fort Wayne, IN

Full-Time or Part-Time | Indiana LPN License Required

What You’ll Do

Provide direct, compassionate nursing care in an Assisted Living setting

Administer medications and treatments with safety and accuracy

Monitor resident health and report changes promptly to RNs and physicians

Partner with caregivers, residents, and families to support personalized care plans

Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents

Build meaningful connections with residents, ensuring their dignity and independence are respected

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Indiana (required)

CPR certification required

Experience in Assisted Living, senior care, or long-term care preferred

Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

Compassionate, team-focused, and dependable personality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
