Position Overview :
The Cashier & Gaming Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment in both the caf and gaming areas.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Operate cash register and handle cash, credit, and other payment methods accurately
- Monitor and assist customers in the gaming area
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf and gaming spaces
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow all company procedures and local regulations regarding gaming and food service
- Report any issues or concerns to management promptly
