In the first month, expect to :
Work on an isolated engineering challenge, such as implementing a new feature or fixing a bug in our .NET application. This is the place to get familiar with our codebase, make mistakes, and learn from them.We will provide you with a comprehensive onboarding plan, including pair programming sessions, code reviews, and knowledge transfer sessions with senior engineers.In the first three months, expect to :
You'll be working with our engineering team to develop and improve our .NET application. You'll have the opportunity to supply the design, development, and testing of new features.You will actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers.In the first year, expect to :
You'll become an integral part of our .NET engineering team and take ownership of various components and modules of our application.You'll collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.Your Primary Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain .NET applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement new featuresParticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainabilityIdentify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issuesEnsure compliance with coding standards and proceduresStay up to date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practicesNOTE : The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above.Qualifications :
Minimum of 4 years of related experienceBachelor's degree preferred and / or equivalent experienceTalents Needed for Success :
