Design Manager

A company is looking for a Design Manager to lead the creation of an integrated banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a cross-functional design team, driving multiple related product areas

Develop processes for tackling design problems and facilitate engagement with cross-functional teams

Communicate design rationale effectively and collaborate with various organizational stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, UI / UX Design, or related fields

8+ years of experience in a related field, including 5 years in user experience and 3 years in a managerial role

Proven experience collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Business owners

Ability to motivate and organize a team of 5-8 designers and researchers

Experience in talent management, including recruiting and professional development
