Your Mission

As the Manufacturing Operations Manager for the EXE business line, you will drive strategic execution and operational excellence across production. You'll lead high-performing teams, optimize manufacturing processes, and ensure delivery of complex systems that meet quality, safety, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic & Operational Leadership — Shape and execute the manufacturing strategy for the EXE business line. Align production schedules with planning teams to meet on-time delivery goals. Identify and resolve resource constraints and production bottlenecks.
• Production Excellence — Ensure reliable, efficient, and safe manufacturing operations. Oversee the introduction of new products and processes into volume production. Drive output performance and ensure readiness of production tools and infrastructure.
• Quality & Continuous Improvement — Champion quality standards and compliance with ISO 9000 / 14000 / 27001. Lead root cause analysis and implement structural solutions for quality issues. Establish long-term initiatives to elevate product quality and process reliability.
• Team Development & People Management — Lead and mentor Manufacturing Line Manager and Group Leaders. Conduct performance reviews, hiring, and development planning. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across shifts and work centers.
• Lean Manufacturing & Innovation — Embed Lean principles into daily operations (5S+1, Kaizen, Gemba, Six Sigma). Promote continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration — Interface with internal teams : Engineering, Planning, HR, Maintenance, and Customer Support. Represent Wilton Factory in senior management presentations and external engagements.

Qualifications

Work Environment

Occasionally work in cleanroom conditions (72?, full PPE). Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and work in a fast-paced, lean manufacturing setting. Comfortable with cellular manufacturing and shift coordination.
