We’re opening a new Patio Branch in 2026. Until then, this role will be primarily based at our Lakeland, FL location to onboard, learn our systems, and lead current branch operations. The Patio Branch Manager will own end-to-end branch performance—spanning Purchasing, Accounting, Inside / Outside Sales, and partnering closely with Operations leadership.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and coordinate all branch departments : Purchasing, Accounting, Inside / Outside Sales, and Warehouse Operations.
  • Partner with the Warehouse & Operations Manager to manage warehouse, transportation, and inventory teams.
  • Review warehouse productivity, inventory mix, obsolete products, and overall inventory control.
  • Own branch budgeting, expense management, and capital expenditure forecasting.
  • Maintain accurate revenue and expense reporting; track KPIs and trends.
  • Analyze and clearly explain variances to budget, expenses, pounds sold, and EBITDA.
  • Collaborate with Credit on holds, adjustments, and customer credit issues.
  • Maintain and promote the Branch Safety Program and a culture of safety.
  • Uphold company policies and foster a positive work culture.
  • Oversee staffing, performance reviews, coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations as needed.
  • Hire and develop talent through effective recruiting and training programs.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with employees and customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned (daily / weekly / monthly / annual tasks to be reviewed).

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational, planning, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint : intermediate to advanced proficiency.
  • Solid computer and internet research skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Resourceful self-starter with initiative and the ability to leverage internal resources to deliver results.
  • Comfortable working independently on a wide range of projects.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships across teams and with customers.
