A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Data Analytics & Business Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and BI developers while setting performance goals and fostering a culture of innovation

Oversee the design and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and reports, ensuring data quality and governance

Translate data insights into actionable business strategies and support high-impact initiatives for revenue growth and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

8+ years in analytics leadership roles with experience managing cross-functional data teams

Expert-level SQL skills and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau

Experience with cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake and Azure Synapse

Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to connect data insights to business strategy

Hands-on experience with AI / ML tools and advanced Python skills for data analysis and modeling
