Job Title : Purchasing Agent Shift

Hours : 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm

Location : Greater Houston- 2-3 Days On-site Hybrid Schedule

• Execute procurement activities for solution-based purchases (software, services, systems) using SAP ECC.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts within SAP ECC.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal value.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in SAP ECC.
• Support audits and compliance reviews by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.
