Admin Support (Non-Clinical)
Location : Henry Ford Physical Rehabilitation - Auburn Hills
Schedule : M, W, F 9 : 30am - 6pm & T, Th 10 : 30am - 7pm
Responsibilities :
- Manage patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and authorization processes for physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk by welcoming and greeting patients, assisting with check-in, and ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Coordinate office services including telephone coverage, ordering supplies, and managing general administrative needs.
- Organize and maintain filing systems while accurately tracking scheduling information.
Requirements :
High School diploma equivalency1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.Note : Required professional licensure / certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.Computer / Office experience preferred
