A company is looking for a Behavior Specialist- Fee for Service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, facilitate, document, and revise Behavior Support Plans according to individual needs and policies
Conduct observations and comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) for various behavioral issues
Collaborate with individuals, families, and teams to maintain effective behavior support plans and train support staff
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Relevant degree in behavioral health, psychology, or a related field
Experience in developing and implementing behavior support plans
Knowledge of Functional Behavioral Assessment processes
Ability to work collaboratively with individuals and support teams
Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training
