Residential Maintenance Technician

Job Summary This position encompasses a variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks. It includes, but is not limited to, minor plumbing repair, troubleshooting electrical and HVAC problems, drywall repair, door and lock issues and general preventative maintenance.  Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities - Respond promptly to service calls and routine maintenance on properties.
