ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Orthopedic Surgery for a travel nursing job in Alamogordo, New Mexico.

RN Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. 750 referral bonus available.

RN - OR

Work 12-hour day shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM

• Full-time position with weekend requirements
• Nurse to patient ratio of 1 : 5
• Will rotate and float to Med / Surg telemetry unit when not needed in OR
• Specialize in orthopedic surgery including joint replacements, fractures, shoulder procedures, and podiatry cases
• BLS and RN License in state of employment or compact
• 1 year of experience in related nursing specialty preferred
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• Provide routine and complex patient care utilizing the nursing process
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring for side effects and effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided
• Temp to perm opportunity available
