We want a candidate with a solid understanding of the litigation process and a desire to further their career. Qualifications and Responsibilities

• 3+ years' experience in employment litigation
• Skilled at drafting and arguing motions
• Conduct depositions and engage in all aspects of trial preparation
• Actively participate in mediations and negotiate settlements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Member of the TX bar in good standing
