Assists with the development and implementation of special events. Facilitates production of events by communicating with vendors, guests, internal staff and customers.

Major / Essential Functions
Allen Theatre Operations & Client Service
Student Crew Supervision, Training & Scheduling
Technical Systems Oversight & Maintenance
Cross-Venue Audio / Visual Support & Documentation
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to provide excellent customer service to all guests and clients, be proficient in technology and audio / visual equipment. Working with students and / or a team that produces events and hosts conferences.
High-intermediate working knowledge of technical theatre fields, i.e. audio, lighting, video, rigging. Intermediate computer skills. Communication and interpersonal skills.
Broad spectrum knowledge in audio / visual equipment and systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus one year related experience; OR a combination of education and / or related experience equal to five years.

Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan.
