About The Position

Job Title : Inpatient Physical Therapist

Profession : Therapy / Rehabilitation

License : State License required (pending licenses accepted)

Certifications : BLS required

Must-Have :

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in physical therapy

Description :

All therapy / rehab traveler start dates will be booked 6 weeks out to provide time to process credentialing and onboarding requirements.

All travelers will be granted temporary privileges through the credentialing team.

Human Resources will reach out to the traveler directly throughout the onboarding process to collect the necessary requirements.

Travelers will be required to submit the following requirements within 1 week of signing : DOB, SSN, resume, transcript or diploma, education verification, and a minimum of 3 references (2 peers, and 1 department chair).

Candidates will float within the facility as needed.

Candidates will be required to submit the credentialing application requirements within 1 week of signing.

Candidates must complete labs and appointments within 48 hours of signing.

Failure to complete these requirements timely could result in a delayed start date or cancellation.

Clinicians will be required to comply with specific reporting and rounding requirements.

Modules are required as part of the onboarding process, and must be completed during orientation.

Candidates are expected to plan their schedules accordingly to meet all requirements.
