Join Rebel Convenience Stores as an Assistant Manager

At Rebel Convenience Stores , we're more than a pit stop — we're a place where great service, fresh products, and a friendly atmosphere come together. We're looking for a motivated Assistant Manager (ASM) to help lead our team, support store operations, and deliver an outstanding experience for every guest who walks through the door.

As part of our team, you'll enjoy a $500 sign-on bonus

  • (paid after 6 months of employment) and a $500 retention bonus

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Manager , you'll play a key role in the success of your store by :

  • Leading & Supporting : Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed. Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Delivering Great Service : Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Build positive relationships with regular guests.
  • Managing the Store : Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe. Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.
  • Driving Efficiency : Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.

    • What We're Looking For

    We're searching for team players who are ready to step up and lead.

  • Experience : 2–4 years in a supervisory or customer service role.
  • Skills : Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
  • Flexibility : Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Mobility : Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.
