Starlink Dispatch Specialist

A company is looking for a Starlink Dispatch Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage real-time work orders and maintain updates in the work order management system

Support daily operations and coordinate communication between technicians and internal teams

Handle inbound dispatch calls and assist technicians during installations

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in the satellite or telecom industry

Experience dispatching or routing technicians nationwide preferred

Familiarity with U.S. geographic regions and route planning using Google Maps

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Experience with SARA Plus, Web Tracker, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Five9 preferred
