Job Title : Engineer / HVAC Mechanic (FDIC)

Job Summary : EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for an Engineer / HVAC Mechanic in Arlington, VA. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Conduct a routine and on-going assess of the building systems operations.
• Perform tests, tours and analyzes data to assure the proper operation of building machinery.
• Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on building equipment, machinery and components located in the interior or exterior of the building.

Qualifications :

Physical Demands : Work requires an abundance of walking, bending, kneeling, and working in uncomfortable positions.
