What You'll Do

As the Project Supervisor, you'll be the engine behind departmental execution. You'll coordinate and lead projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring alignment across teams and delivering measurable results. You'll work closely with leadership to support initiatives in finance, HR, staffing, and operations—bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to every effort.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects across finance, budgeting, HR, staffing, and operations
  • Develop project timelines, assign responsibilities, and track progress against key milestones
  • Lead regular follow-ups with project teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time
  • Represent the department in strategic meetings and cross-functional initiatives
  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs, including cross-training and onboarding
  • Provide operational coverage across departments, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Prepare accurate and compelling reports, audits, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Travel as needed to support on-site rollouts and represent the department in the field

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, project management, data analytics, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of project management experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards) and PowerPoint
  • Strong technology skills and comfort with data systems, reporting tools, and document control
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs

    • Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied warehouse conditions
  • Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods and navigating distribution center environments
  • Must be able to work safely around heavy equipment in a high-paced setting
  • Note : This operation runs 24 / 7, and individual schedules are determined by volume and client needs. Weekend availability is required and the facility is only closed three days each year.
