Relay is a cloud-based technology platform that helps frontline teams improve communications, increase employee safety, and improve their productivity. Relay helps frontline teams digitally transform their operations with the modern tools which supports actionable real-time data needed to track performance and improve their operations. Software has not yet transformed the frontline world, and we're on a mission to change that. We've experienced tremendous growth in our 5 years as a B2B company, and are expanding our Recruiting Team within People Services at Relay to support this growth!

In this role, you will add value across the business as you enable our teams with one of our most valuable resources : top talent and Relayers who are committed to the mission, excited to lean into a figure out new ways of doing things and customer obsessed.

This role will focus on tactical full cycle recruiting end to end including candidate coordination and nurturing through the entire process. Velocity, accountability and an innate and well honed gear to customer centricity are paramount to success for this hire.

We will prioritize candidates who are local to the Triangle, can work onsite in our Raleigh HQ 4x week, have prior experience successfully hiring in a high growth / startup environment.

This role will be in the office 4 days per week.
