Position : Install Coordinator - Mister Sparky

Role Overview :

As an Install Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and cost-effective installations while supporting our teams in delivering exceptional customer service. Your ability to communicate, collaborate, and coordinate across various teams and departments is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Post-Sale and Materials Coordination :

Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure timely ordering of parts and equipment.

Inventory Management :

Work with Procurement to order parts, materials, and equipment.

Inspections :

Coordinate with Permitting for filing and posting permits.

Warranty :

Enter serialized equipment into software and complete warranty registrations.

Cross-Department Collaboration :

Ensure smooth workflow and communication between departments.

Data Management :

Perform data entry and management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Professionalism :

Attend meetings and obtain necessary certifications.
