The Global Tax Quality Review Program Leader reports to the Global Tax Quality Leader and is expected to be a full-time role.
The opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to lead EY’s Tax Quality Review Program, a strategic initiative designed to enhance the quality, consistency, and compliance of tax services across global markets. The role offers exposure to a wide range of tax services, regulatory environments, and quality frameworks. You will collaborate with senior leaders across geographies to drive continuous improvement, support innovation in quality methodologies, and ensure alignment with EY’s global standards. This leadership role provides a platform to influence firm-wide quality strategy, strengthen risk management practices, and contribute to the protection of EY’s brand and reputation.
The Tax Quality Review Program Leader, in consultation with the Global Tax Quality Leader, is responsible for overseeing, enhancing, and maintaining the quality of tax services and related technologies. This includes ensuring consistent execution of global policies, procedures, and methodologies across all tax services and geographies.
The overall role centers on protecting EY’s brand and reputation by ensuring and continuously enhancing the quality of tax service offerings across all services and geographies. It involves a deep understanding of EY’s tax strategy and business priorities, and collaboration with regional tax quality and risk management leaders to advise on quality requirements for delivering compliant, high‑value solutions to clients. Among other areas of focus, the Tax Quality Review Program Leader provides guidance to business leaders and professionals on ethical, regulatory, and professional standards specific to tax services, helping teams navigate complex requirements while maintaining excellence in service delivery.
The Global Tax Quality Review Program leader will also support Global Tax Quality with other special projects and broader quality initiatives.
