Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Superintendent to oversee multi-family construction projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations on construction sites for multi-family projects
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing any issues promptly
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and progress
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
  • Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise on-site in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in multi-family construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
  • OSHA certification is a plus
