About this position

Responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for all enterprise-wide payroll operations, overseeing the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of union and non-union payroll across ArchKey Solutions' multi-entity, multi-state operations, in alignment with all Company values, policies, procedures, key objectives and regulations. This role plays a critical part in shaping and modernizing the Company’s payroll function to support growth, improve systems, and ensure excellent service delivery. The VP of Payroll leads efforts to optimize payroll infrastructure, drive standardization, maintain compliance, and deliver data accuracy and financial integrity.
