job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBS / BA in Computer Science / other technical degree or Business Management and 5 years of IT experience or in lieu of degree High School Diploma / GED and 8 years of IT experience. 2+ years of experience working with Identity or Security tools. 3+ years of experience in an information security domain, with specialized subject matter expertise in Identity & Access Management, Infrastructure Security, or similar. Experience working with security teams in a large, highly-regulated enterprise. Experience working within agile-driven product and operations teams. Experience with ISPM and ITDR solutions (ie : CrowdStrike IdP, Okta ISPM), or general security posture management and detection and response tools and procedures. Hands-on experience working across various identity functions including Active Directory, Entra ID Administration, Authentication, Authorization, Directory Services, Privilege Management, and Secrets Management. Experience with Cloud technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS;with an understanding Proven analytical mindset;Ability to identify patterns or correlations within data sets Knowledge of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data security standards Knowledge of Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security standards Knowledge of laws, policies, procedures, or governance relevant to cybersecurity for critical infrastructures Knowledge of cyber defense and information security policies, procedures, and regulations Knowledge of information technology (IT) risk management policies, requirements, and procedures Industry recognized certifications
This role will be part of a growing team that drives Identity Security hygiene for the organization, through analysis of issues reported in Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) tools. This position will report into the Identity Security Platforms leader, operating within the broader IAM and InfoSec organizations.
Essential Responsibilities
- Triage, analyze, and respond to identity hygiene issues & defects surfaced in ISPM platforms.
- Coordinate with assurance and technical teams to identify and facilitate remediation paths for confirmed defects.
- Configure ISPM tool data sources and integrations.
- Develop repeatable operational processes, aligning with corporate standards and controls.
- Apply technical knowledge, industry experience, subject matter expertise, and insights to contribute to the enhancement of Identity Security Services capabilities.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams, including application architects & engineers, product teams, information security, and risk management functions.
- Collaborate with various groups and individuals to troubleshoot and resolve escalated production issues.
- Perform other duties and / or special projects as assigned.
