As a Client Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients. This role is about providing outstanding service answering questions, processing payments, and guiding clients through insurance concepts in a way that's easy to understand. You'll also support office operations, stay engaged with ongoing training, and have opportunities for growth and specialization as our agency evolves.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service.
- Assist clients with payments, policy questions, and insurance-related inquiries.
- Clearly explain insurance options, coverages, and processes in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Complete office tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with agency standards.
- Participate in continual education and training to enhance product knowledge and client service skills.
- Be flexible and adapt to additional responsibilities or specialty roles as the agency grows.
Requirements
Preferred : Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one).Preferred : Ability to work most, if not all, SaturdaysStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.Ability to learn and explain insurance concepts with patience and clarity.Comfortable sitting for extended periods and working in an office environment.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
