Registered Nurse Program Manager - Trauma Services

Description\n\nSummary : \nAs a Registered Nurse Program Manager, you will lead clinical programs and enhance the quality of services for both the community and patients.\n\nResponsibilities : \n

• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for clinical programs to ensure exceptional patient care.\n
• Monitor and track patient outcomes utilizing advanced methodologies.\n
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and assess program deliverables effectively.\n
• Provide guidance on nursing service policies and objectives to staff and community stakeholders.\n
• Create care plans, manage schedules, estimate resources, and oversee budgets. Conduct meetings for home care programs to guarantee efficient management of all activities.\n\nRequirements : \n\nEducation / Skills : \n
• Associate's Degree in Nursing.\n\nExperience : \n
• A minimum of 4 years in clinical nursing and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity is preferred.\n\nLicenses, Registrations, or Certifications : \n
• Current RN License in the respective state or valid compact license.\n
• Wound Care certification is required within one year of employment.\n\nWork Schedule : \n5 Days - 8 Hours\n\nWork Type : \nFull Time
