We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Director of Marketing to lead a small, high-performing team (Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator) and drive brand growth across multiple Texas markets. This role blends digital innovation with traditional marketing execution to generate leads, expand market presence, and elevate brand awareness.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead marketing strategy and campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Develop campaigns highlighting smart home design, energy efficiency, and family-focused value.
  • Oversee market expansion efforts, crafting messaging for new regions.
  • Analyze campaign performance to optimize spend, drive leads, and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Ensure all communications reflect the company’s core values : integrity, operational excellence, and customer focus.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in marketing leadership in real estate or homebuilding.
  • Proven ability to lead digital-first teams and execute integrated campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinker with excellent execution and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communicator and people leader, capable of growing a small, agile team.
  • Passion for smart-home tech, energy efficiency, or construction is a plus.
