What do we expect from you?

We’re looking for an experienced SEO expert to strategize and execute SEO campaigns that drive search traffic for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include researching and planning SEO strategies and optimizing website content.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and Execute SEO Strategies

Plan and implement SEO campaigns to increase organic traffic and search visibility for client websites.

  • Define SEO goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and measurable outcomes for success.
  • Conduct In-Depth SEO Audits

    • Perform thorough technical SEO audits to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with developers to resolve technical issues (e.g., site speed, crawlability, indexation).
  • Keyword Research & Analysis

    • Conduct detailed keyword research to uncover opportunities aligned with our client's goals.

  • Map out keywords to our content team to optimize pages for search intent and visibility.
  • Partner with content writers to create and optimize SEO-friendly content.
  • Ensure on-page optimization, including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and image alt text.
  • Monitor & Analyze SEO Performance

    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush to track keyword rankings, site traffic, and user behavior.

  • Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on SEO Trends

    • Keep up with algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and emerging industry trends.

  • Recommend and test new strategies to ensure long-term SEO success.
  • Collaborate With Our Team

    • Work with designers, developers, and content teams to align SEO goals with broader marketing goals.

  • Provide guidance on creating visually appealing elements that enhance SEO performance.
  • Competitive Analysis

    • Research competitors’ SEO strategies and identify areas to gain a competitive edge.

    Requirements

  • Experience & Education :

    • Proven experience as an SEO Strategist, SEO Specialist.

  • Technical Skills :

    • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.

  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz , or similar platforms.
  • Experience with keyword research , content optimization, and SEO audits.
  • Familiarity with Webflow.
  • Analytical Abilities :

    • Ability to analyze SEO data to derive useful insights.

  • Experience generating performance reports and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Content Knowledge :

    • Strong understanding of SEO-driven content strategies.

  • Ability to collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
  • Personal Skills :

    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Up-to-Date SEO Knowledge :

    • Understanding of Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.

  • Eagerness to learn and test emerging SEO strategies and tools.
  • Bonus Skills (Optional) :

    • Experience with local SEO and optimizing Google My Business listings.

  • Familiarity with paid search (PPC) and how it complements SEO strategies.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A / B testing.
  • Experience working in industries like e-commerce or SaaS is a plus.
